The last couple of months, it’s been time for a change.

Three years ago, when I was considering setting up a mailing list, I was brimming with worries. I had been worrying about it for years. Maybe even a decade. Worrying about it and not doing a single thing towards it. I decided I needed to act, but I didn’t know where to start. A couple of experienced writers had come my way, and I found a chance to talk to them about it. I told them I was worried I wouldn’t have the stamina to keep it up and I’d let subscribers down, I was worried I’d start writing about the wrong thing and it would be too late to change it, or I’d run out of things to say. One of them said to me, “whatever you’re writing about when you start, or however you’re writing it, it doesn’t matter. Things will change. They always do. Just start and see where it takes you.”
